Lee. Sort of both. I took two shots focusing on two separate parts. One of the frame of shades and one of the reflection in the shades. Just masked the two layers in PS. Pretty simple really.

Good shot. The title should be reflectionS ... there is the reflection in the lens and under the shades ;-)
